I stayed in the President Room 326. Despite the rooms having a fridge and a jug for coffee, their location underground with a strong bleach odor was off-putting. The hotel's service was a bit slow initially with our egg order, but overall, the staff were helpful and courteous. The location was excellent, close to City Hall MRT Station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The dining experience at the cafe next to the indoor pool was satisfactory, although the room decor felt outdated.
